Today was a proud day for me as a citizen of the Republic of China, to see my fellow buddies standing on the stage of Victoria Secondary School, Singapore.
A group of students from " San Zhong" of BeiJing,China had came to our school for exchange programme. They came with two teachers and a few fellow school mates. By meeting them, I was able to picture out the old me. They greeted us and introduced themselves in the morning at the parade square. However, they are only able to communicate with us in mandarin. Therefore, lots of our malay and india buddies do not really understand what they were saying.
Then, they toured around the school. Visiting corners of the school. During recess time, I was able to see them eating food with us on the same table. They looked enjoyed. After school, they enjoyed two full football matches between Tanjong Katong Secondary school with Victoria Secondary school. Due to the difference level in skill, we had won both matches beauitfully.
After that, a few of my air rifle friends and I went to play table tennis with them. But they are so good that, we did not manage to score a game. How disgraceful and embarrasing...
A day just past like these, so quickly. By seeing them enjoying themselves deeply here, I would also like to go for an exchange programme trip to schools overseas if I had the chance to do that.
